DELIVERY
All deliveries are made by AUSTRALIA POST.
WARRANTIES / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We attempt to give 100% customer satisfaction. However, we do NOT make refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We will exchange quartz clock movements should a problem result within the first 12 months. Please return the faulty movement with proof of purchase and we will freight the replacement to you as quickly as possible.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
At the moment we are only delivering within Australia. If you would like to order from another country, you can contact us directly on mike@mfprod.com.au . We can only accept PAYPAL for payments of goods and freight. Overseas deliveries may also be subject to import charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs restrictions may also apply.
LOCAL FREIGHT HANDLING AND INSURANCE
We have averaged our freight and handling costs, Australia wide.
All deliveries are sent by Australia Post: either by Registered Post, delivery notification, or Parcel Post. Insurance charges are an additional cost for the purchaser, as and when requested.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Generally we only accept payment through PAYPAL, but will also accept payment by Money Order or Bank Cheque by mail. By prior arrangement we are also prepared to accept cash payment on collection from our North Brisbane premises.

Prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and can change without notice.
All prices are retail and are tax inclusive.

Here at M & F Productions we respect your privacy, unlike many mail order companies, we do not pass your name and address on to other companies, except to Paypal during the purchase process.
